Who we are
Robert V. Seacat obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Tulsa College of Law in December of 1993. During his time at TU He was a member of TU’s National Invitational Trial Team, and also earned an American Jurisprudence Award for top grade in Agency and Partnership. Robert was admitted to the practice of law in April of 1994 and belongs to the Oklahoma Bar Association, the Tulsa and Okmulgee Bar Associations. He has also been admitted to practice in the Federal District Courts for the Eastern and Northern Districts of Oklahoma and the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals. For nearly 25 years Robert practiced alongside his father, Dennis F. Seacat until his retirement in January of 2019. He concentrates his practice on personal injury, wrongful death, criminal law as well as divorce and custody cases. Robert has tried countless jury trials in both civil and criminal courts over the course of his 30-year career. In a notable case filed in 2001, Robert successfully represented and obtained a substantial settlement for 13 Oklahomans injured by a negligently designed and operated melanoma study that gained national attention, including stories in the Washington Post and TIME magazines.

Peter W. Brolick obtained a Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma School of Law in 1998. During law school he was named to the dean’s honor roll, received two American Jurisprudence Awards, and was a member of the Phi Delta Phi Honor Fraternity. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Oklahoma and is a member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity.
Mr. Brolick is a member of the Tulsa County Bar Association (TCBA) and Oklahoma Bar Association. He was named TCBA’s Young Lawyer of the Year in 2003, received the President’s Award in 2006 and has been recognized as an AV Preeminent Peer Rated Attorney by Martindale-Hubbell.
Mr. Brolick is admitted to practice in the Federal District Courts for the Eastern, Western, and Northern Districts of Oklahoma and is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association.
Notable Legal Matters
Mr. Brolick represented Oklahoma native Garth Brooks in a personal litigation matter involving a donation to a hospital. He successfully recovered the full amount of the judgement in addition to punitive damages.
Mr. Brolick represented former Principal Chief Bill John Baker before the Cherokee Nation Supreme Court where the Principal Chief successfully defended allegations against him of election irregularities thereby preserving the results of the election. In the same election, Mr. Brolick represented Keith Austin wherein the Cherokee Nation Supreme Court granted a motion for a new election brought by Mr. Austin for the District 14 seat on the Cherokee Nation Tribal Council.
Mr. Brolick has represented individuals and businesses in hundreds of litigation matters including contract disputes, shareholder disputes, construction litigation, medical malpractice, professional negligence, commercial litigation, probate disputes, personal injury, collections, employment, Americans with Disabilities Act issues, healthcare, restaurant, trucking, and real estate.
Mr. Brolick represents many local business handling contracts, employment matters, acquisitions, leases, vendor and customer related disputes.
